    Poor web access. They charge for paying your loan on there website. Never can talk to anyone when you call On the phone. Constantly disconnects and long call holding volumes. Never will do business again.

    This is a terrible bank all coroupt liars. I opened a acount the branch manager recomended to me only to find out they charge you 20 dollars a month if you dont deposite 10k a month. Customer service is a joke and there rude as crap. They lie and manipulate you into banking with them. I have banked here for 2 weeks and will never make this mistake again. If i could rate 0 stars that would still be to high of a rating for this failure of a bank. Stay far away from keybank!!!!!

    I was in the restroom washing my hands and I saw a meijer employee walk from the stall out the door. SHE DIDN'T WASH HER HANDS!! Then I headed to the deli department (the women from the restroom thank goodness was NOT working there), there were 4 people in line and 3 people working. Figured it wouldn't take that long...wrong! I waited 15 min! One of the girls would not stop talking to the other girl and when they were chatting they stopped working completely! The only one working was the man who was trying to hurry things up because the women were not helping at all. Then all of a sudden, one of the girls just walks away and starts doing something else...really?! Even the people around me were getting very upset with the poor service, ridiculous! I will NEVER go back to Meijer. Dirty, poor service, and just not a great experience. I rather drive another 15 min to get to Walmart.
